2007 Campaign for the Arts Kick Off

LexArts kicked off its 2007 Campaign for the Arts at Spindletop Hall on February 15, 2007.  Guests enjoyed Bulleit Bourbon (donated by Betsy & Tom Bulleit) and great food and wine, while hearing about LexArts' goal of raising $1 million for the arts in Lexington and Central Kentucky.  Cellist Lisa Svejkovsky performed.  Other performers included a string quartet from the Central Kentucky Youth Orchestras.  The Lexington Children's Theatre cast from Rikki Tikki Tavi was on hand to greet guests.

Guests at LexArts Campaign for the Arts Kick-Off event included (from left to right) Bonnie Linnemeier, LexArts Board member and Chair of the Development Committee; Julie Young, LexArts Board member and Vice Chair of the 2007 Campaign Cabinet; Tom Hayward, National City Bank; and Eric Lycan, Alltech.
