Smiley Pete Memorial Sculpture

Project Budget - $15,000 inclusive
The Smiley Pete Memorial Committee is seeking proposals from sculptors to create an outdoor public sculpture remembering the lovable community pet Smiley Pete. The proposed site for this installation is near the corner of Limestone and Main in downtown Lexington, KY. For many years, Smiley Pete could be found on this corner where he would greet passing community members on a daily basis. The sculpture installation must be anchored to prevent removal and will be made of bronze.
