Swahili Day 2026

Join us for the 5th Annual Swahili Day African cultural festival hosted by the Marafiki Center. This is a free, family-friendly celebration of African heritage and the vibrant African communities in Kentucky – making Swahili the 3rd most spoken language in Lexington today. The festival offers an immersive experience of African culture through music, food, art, and community connection.
