In celebration of LexArts’ 50th Anniversary, we are extremely honored to have been selected to participate in the Maker’s Mark Private Selection program. LexArts has received a full barrel of ‘Private Select’ Maker’s Mark bourbon which has yielded over two hundred 750ml bottles.
The LexArts team, along with our friends from Baird Private Wealth Management and Keeneland (sponsors of the 50th Anniversary celebration), spent a full day at the distillery in Loretto creating the LexArts 50th Anniversary Artisan Blend. And we think it’s spectacular.
LexArts issued a call for art and selected a group of 100 local artists to paint two bottles each as a contribution to our annual Fund for the Arts Campaign. Each artist received a special paint kit, compliments of DecoArt. The resulting 200 painted, decorated, re-imagined and adorned bottles were unveiled on the Whisky Wall of Wonder at the LexArts 50th Anniversary Celebration on December 2 at Keeneland. One hundred of the bottles were available for sale that evening and the remaining are NOW AVAILABLE at the Whisky Wall of Wonder online auction.
