Asbury University Presents Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice based on the biblical story of Joseph from the book of Genesis—a favored son sold into slavery by his jealous brothers who rises to become one of the most powerful men in Egypt, guided by his gift for interpreting dreams. In this production, eleven college friends gather in an attic to tell Joseph’s story, transforming everyday objects and costume pieces into a retelling that wrestles with whether God remains good when life falls apart.
