Tangled Roots: Exploring Appalachian Feminisms
Features 9 women artists across the Appalachian region to address and redefine ideas of women’s work, as well as break down the hierarchies between fine art and craft. This exhibition showcases the various experiences of women in the region through reinterpretations of culture, tradition, and art and craft practices.
