Granddam presents: The Nutcracker Brunch

Granddam’s Nutcracker Brunch will include a curated, four course brunch inspired by performances from The Lexington Ballet Company. This is an all ages event! Proceeds from the event to be donated to the Lexington Ballet Company to promote the arts in our community.

When: Sunday, November 26th: 10AM-12PM

Where: Granddam at The Manchester

Includes four course brunch, coffee & soft drinks (alcohol not included)

First Course: Plums & Burrata

Italian Burrata, seared sugar plums, poached figs, roasted cippolini, butterfly tea and shallot glaze, bread chips

Second Course: Prime Rib Benedictine

coffee rub prime rib, horseradish sauce, poached eggs hollandaise, heirloom tomatoes and english muffin

Third Course: Chocolate Asian Style Pancake

65% cacao chocolate gravy, candied bacon, raspberry, caramel gel, walnut crumble, maple syrup

Fourth Course: Walnut Cake and Caramel

caramel buttercream, praline, tree nut creme anglaise, coconut sorbet
