Mega Affrilachian Poet reading hosted by the current Kentucky Poet Laureate, Crystal Wilkinson, and former Laureate, Frank X Walker, featuring newly inducted members of the Affrilachian Poets, Amy Alvarez, Ron Davis, Zakia Holland, NitaJade, and Lisa Kwong, and current members.

Join us for this special Juneteenth Independence Day event to celebrate the freedom of African Americans in the United States and be inspired by this generation and the next generation of talented African American poets.
