The Forum

Hosted by Movement Continuum, The Forum Galas are annual, collaborative performances showcasing the diverse and brilliant movement community in Lexington, Kentucky. This year’s Forum Galas feature work from Troupe Banat Nawaar of Arabesque World Dance, Bluegrass Ceili Academy, Haiti Creafo Dance, Lexington Tap & Jazz, McTeggart Irish Dance, Movement Continuum, Rakadu Dance Theatre from Mecca Dance Studio, The Fam, The Salsa Center, Shuling Studio and the University of Kentucky Department of Theatre and Dance.  Designed to bring the bright world of movement together under the same roof, Movement Continuum hopes you will come celebrate the Lexington dance community with us at The Forum Galas!

Additionally, The Forum hosts two days of open-to-the-public, multi-genre classes at the Movement Continuum studio.  This year, classes will be offered in: Belly Dance, Rueda de Casino, Injury Prevention for Performers, Rhythm Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, and Irish Dance.  More information about registration, scheduling, and location can be found on the company’s Instagram, @mvmntcontinuum.
