Garden presented by Movement Continuum
This July for two performances only, Lexington’s original contemporary dance company, Movement Continuum revives its original work, Garden. Using contemporary dance as a conduit, Movement Continuum guides its audience through one day in the humble, but vast life of a garden embodying insect, flower and light: from bee to dandelion, mushroom to praying mantis, twilight, fireflies and sunrise. Featuring a 14-dancer cast performing all original choreography, Garden promotes wonder & imagination encouraging the pause that asks us to bend down, look closely and see things both great & small.
