JustFundKY Presents: ROASTED! Ernesto Scorsone – A Roast of Ernesto Scorsone

ROASTED! Ernesto Scorsone, a JustFundKY fundraising event. We’ll roast and celebrate from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and feature heavy Hors D’oeuvres with an open bar.  Proceeds will add to the JustFundKY Cliff Todd permanent endowment, to increase perpetual funding for LGBTQ projects promoting fairness throughout Kentucky. 

Ernesto has been a tireless advocate for LGBTQ people.  He helped litigate the Wasson case, a six-year battle that culminated in overturning Kentucky’s sodomy statute, and the Ireland case that extended domestic violence protection to same-sex couples.  He served as the first openly gay member of the KY General Assembly and was a founding member of JustFundKY.  Most recently, among his many other accomplishments, he served as a local circuit court judge.

In addition to regular $100 tickets, $30 tickets for those under 30 years of age will be available at the event subject to seating availability.  Regular tickets assure seating and are valid for all ages.
