Exhibit Runs: June 30 through August 25, 2024. Gallery Hop: July 19, 5:00-8:00pm ----- Christ Church Cathedral is pleased to feature “A Gathering of Sisters”, an all black Kentucky female artist exhibit, incorporates various mediums and approaches to art making and showcases how black women, despite various social, economic and cultural barriers, celebrate their own unique individual identities and artistic expressions while also raising up each other to forge a common-experience bond of sisterhood with one another. Participating artists include: Phyllis Spencer Alcorn, Sonja Brooks, Denise Estelle Brown, Nya Coleman, Deja Corvin, Yvette Stephens Crossing, M.D., Kim Dixon, Sheila Fox, Brittany Granville, Ella Kirlew, LaNora Long, Dana Muhammad, Aesha N’Dao and Diamond Richards.
